What is the most rewarding part about your job? 
Working with a team of caring professionals who go above and beyond to help our patients. This work can be a challenge so knowing that we all have a common goal leads to confidence when making referrals or assisting patients with their concerns. Understanding myself, managing my emotions, helps me work effectively with our patients’ challenges.

What are some of your hobbies outside of work?
Self-care-exercise, healthy eating/cooking, spirituality, supports; outdoor activities/gardening, pontoon boat; decorating/crafts; discount shopping. Enjoy sitting in my 3-season room, breathing in the fresh air, listening to the birds and watching the wildlife with my cat Milo. Also, family get-togethers.

What are some healthy practices in your daily routine?
Time alone to recharge, prayer, walking/exercise, sleep schedule, connection with family/friends/spiritual, eating healthy, saying “no” or recognizing when I’m overwhelmed, challenging thoughts/beliefs with facts, putting energy into things I value.
