Annually, Cass Family Clinic provides healthcare services to over 14,000 patients who reside in Cass county and the southeastern portion of Berrien County.
Providing primary care, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, dental, pharmacy, and healthcare enrollment assistance services, Cass Family Clinic cares for individuals who are uninsured, underinsured, covered by Medicare, Michigan Medicaid, along with most commercial insurances. Community Health Workers are available at each Cass Family Clinic location to assist in healthcare enrollment in the Michigan Medicaid Healthcare Plans and Sliding Fee Discount Program.
