Annually, Cass Family Clinic provides healthcare services to over 14,000 patients who reside in Cass county and the southeastern portion of Berrien County.
Providing primary care, behavioral health, substance use disorder treatment, dental, pharmacy, and healthcare enrollment assistance services, Cass Family Clinic cares for individuals who are uninsured, underinsured, covered by Medicare, Michigan Medicaid, along with most commercial insurances. Community Health Workers are available at each Cass Family Clinic location to assist in healthcare enrollment in the Michigan Medicaid Healthcare Plans and Sliding Fee Discount Program. Dental Health
Cass Family Clinic offer dental services for people who do not have dental insurance or are covered by Michigan Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, and Delta Dental.

Pharmacy
Cass Family Clinic offers a full-service pharmacy conveniently located inside all of our brick-and-mortar locations. Be sure to ask your provider to send your prescriptions to our pharmacy and you can pick them up as you leave. Patients are not required to use the Cass Family Clinic or Niles Community Health Center Pharmacy.
Transportation
If transportation assistance is needed for your healthcare appointments, please call the Cass Family Clinic location of choice one week prior to the day of the scheduled appointment. Transportation assistance for healthcare appointments can be provided by Cass Family Clinic and Medicaid Health Plans.
